What we know in mid-life is that it consistent practice helps us reach our highest potential...but we are so distracted and burnt out that we need a hand to hold. So when we are learning a new language, we need places to show up and practice with others who are also learning the same language. Think about times when you were to the most successful at anything? WHY?
Embodiment practices take time to integrate and when we can show up to create a new level of trust with our bodies, magic happens. Just like anything else we want to learn - like Spanish or Yoga - we have to immerse ourselves in the energy and our bodies love to be with other like-minded bodies to heal and grow. In here, we will start to create an inner sanctuary to breathe deeper, listen with the whole body, and feel more connected to our wisdom, so our lives can feel a lot different.

- Showing up for ourselves is how we create TRUST inside and learning how to care for ourselves is developmental.
- In this space, we will we will sit down three times a week to practice things like self-soothing, mindfulness, light breathwork, somatic healing, and nervous system restoration.
- We will share and gather tools to re-parent ourselves, so we know how to be in our bodies and be open to a new level of compassion for who we truly are.
- We will come together on Zoom - Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 7:30-8:00 am Central Standard Time
- Cost for all 12 classes is $99.00 a month.
