Re-learning How to Be With Food & Your Body.
Sometimes we are not taught how to be in relationship with our bodies and eating. We know more and more each day how what we eat affects our mental health in serious ways. What we do know is that the medicines our bodies need are in our food. We can learn to have a new relationship with nourishment and the parts of us that use food for self-soothing or self-sabatoge.
I will be pairing this plethra of learning from Leslie Korn and the Trim Life program from The Wellness Institute to offer you one-on-one & group support to re-learn how to be with food to support your mental health.

I will be pairing this plethra of learning from Leslie Korn and the Trim Life program from The Wellness Institute to offer you one-on-one & group support to re-learn how to be with food to support your mental health.
What will be covered:
- Using hypnotic and mindfulness strategies you will learn techniques to help you feel satisfied, decrease unhealthy desires, reduce stress, step out of the shame cycle, and identify, resolve, and release the underlying emotional patterns that activate craving and unhealthy eating.
- We will learn about new foods and recipes.
- Nutritional Therapies for Mental Health
- How to simplify what your body needs and some ideas on how we can work together to change patterns.
- How our sleep cycle affects our mental health.
- What key digestion is in mental health.
- What the research is saying about wheat, gluten, and dairy when it comes to mental health.
You will learn tools to:
- Help connect differently with your body: Yoga, Exercise, Breath, and Sound
- Somatic and Energetic Tools
- Understand and change the programming of your subconscious mind that has previously made weight release a challenge.
- Learn to connect to and be guided by your body’s inner voice about when to eat and when you are satisfied physically to stop.
- Identify what you are really “hungry” for and learn how to manifest that in your life.
- Identify and resolve the underlying emotional patterns that activate cravings and unhealthy eating behaviors.
- Discover the shadow parts that defeat us and learn tools to bring healing to those parts.
We will begin this journey "Online" for 10 weeks!

Optional followups: Monday March 23rd and 30th .
The cost for each two hour class will be $40.00-50.00.
