Being Your "Soul's Midwife" is what I call the beautiful interweaving of having linear masters degrees in education + counseling, paired with a decade of my own soul seeking, while studying energetic + spiritual methodology. (I pretty much have a Mary Poppins briefcase bursting with cool ways to help you learn a new way of living!)

I am an integrationist in supporting you to take off the backpack of other peoples "stuff" so that you can learn to work with your own energy and strengths.
We have all grown up in a collective trauma that tells us to hide our feelings and shrink our desires. As women, we have got so many of the wrong memos around literally everything- from staying too busy, to staying small and nice, to taking care of others before we take care of ourselves. The one I hear most is, "I'm Okay. I can handle it...." (And I know you can!) But listen love, we are not meant to go at it alone. Never ever. Ever! We have to relearn life through a new lens of what it means to be sensitive in a not-so-sensitive world. A world where we are meant to be listened to deeply, supported compassionately, and relearn a new way of caring for ourselves.

How we can work together?

After we meet, what to expect next...
- We schedule an intake session that is 75 minutes long where we can have time and space to see where you have been and where you are wanting to go. This session fee is $155.00.
- This session allows us to reflect on paperwork, test our energy, tap into where you are on your life path, and how we can work together to support your divine timing & unfolding.
-We will talk about how we can support what you are ready to grow and lay out a plan.
-Most inner work sessions are 50 minutes and I currently charge $133.00.
- I do love offering longer, deeper healing sessions to experience hypnotherapy, journey work, past life work, + breathwork. Those sessions are 90 minutes- $188.00
- This session allows us to reflect on paperwork, test our energy, tap into where you are on your life path, and how we can work together to support your divine timing & unfolding.
-We will talk about how we can support what you are ready to grow and lay out a plan.

What this work is not...
- Psychotherapy.
- Even though I weave in many aspects of all that I learned, I am not a talk therapist, nor do I work with "mindset" or bypassing the body in any way. We work in "present time" energy. Of course we are multi=layered beings and we will connect with past experiences, but the healing takes place now.
- Advice-giving.
- I am not the person to tell you what to do. I am the person who connects you with YOUR inner wisdom. I am happy to do a reading for you and assist you in that way with the information I receive.
- Spiritual Bypassing + Toxic Positivity.
- The work I offer is grounded to the earth + the bodies wisdom. I have one foot in each space- earth and source...but I am not the "love + light" without the "feel our feelings". We have intellectualized our feelings long enough and we didn't come here to ascend without being connected to the human experience. (I mean really think about it!)
