Want to see if you would like this in your life? We will choose a time that works for our schedules and begin to allow space for your meditation practice. I will guide you with the intention of deepening the nervous system to bring relaxation to the body and breath. The phone or video call will be for 15 minutes and will consist of learning a simple grounding exercise you can continue to practice in your everyday life.
