The Breath is Sacred.
Breathwork allows for us to expand and open to what we truly are. Conscious, connected breath allows for complete presence where we can bypass the mind and allow for your soul to meet your body. We All have the innate capacity to heal ourselves. Breathwork allows for us to release what is no longer serving us emotionally, physically, mentally, and energetically. We tend to “hold on” to things in our bodies on all levels and most of the time we are unaware of how to move it or maybe even understand why we have this block, pain, or stuck-ness. When we engage deeply with the breath, we allow for us to move through the holding patterns into a deep releasing space.
How does it work?
- You can schedule an intake session and we can go over your history and intentions.
- I offer the intake session (60 minutes) and your first breathwork session (60 minutes) as a package at a discounted rate of $188.00
- This space is held to support your growing capacity + self-awareness, as well as to nurture + nourish your whole being.

- Therapeutic Breathwork Sessions can be physical, emotional, or spiritual. And sometimes are a mix of all 3!
