As a clinical psychotherapist, teacher, intuitive, and energy healer, I have done the research and laid out a map of processes, practices, and tools to set a strong foundation for you to take the next steps on your Life's Journey.
After spending thousands of hours supporting Intuitive, Sensitive, + Empathic Women, I began collecting the data + taking a deeper look at what keeps us from moving forward + feeling more free inside. I want to help you walk the path of truth + freedom.

I want to help you gain confidence to call your power back and do the inner work to heal your heart, so that you can fully embody your desires, passions, and dreams.
Empaths have the tendencies to live outside themselves because the world is so overwhelming and we feel everything more deeply. I am an advocate for your wholeness and optimum wellness. I would love to help your Body push the "re-do" button in this short life. (Didn't you always wish you had a re-do button?) Well, now you do. This is a second chance that could change EVERYTHING about your life. Your Body is a portal for your Soul and your breath is how you know the amount of life-force energy that is moving through you.
This second chance is to develop your connection with Earth while learning how to soothe your delicate nervous system and build a new tolerance for life. This means we get to embody more emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the willingness of experimentation to experience something new.
I have weaved many modalities together to create the perfect blending of energetic embodiment that creates change. Our trauma healing paradigm is not meant for Empaths. It is very outdated and not keeping up with how we can actually heal. So many of us are stuck in this old paradigm and not accessing our fullest potential.
I believe your big heart holds a template that the world needs more of. Most of us who live in energy sensitive bodies have a hard time navigating this dense and intense world. Sometimes our hearts are hidden, highly protected, and covered up by our tightly wound nervous systems and our energy is scattered all over the place.
