We now understand that when we look at our wellbeing, we are going back to our roots, away from the robotic model of mind and into a Holistic Lens of mind, body, emotions, and energy. We have been thrown in a mixing bowl together and really are all very individualistic. As an Empath, we are sensitive to a sorts of things...some are sensitive to smells, some sensitive to sounds, and others sensitive to the energy of crowds. We are also sensitive to certain foods, high stress, and substances that the world seems to endure just fine- but really deplete us. I am not a physician, nor am I giving medical advice. I am just holding the space for Complementary Alternative suggestions to help match up with the unique energy that is YOU. As a balanced Empath, life can be so much lighter.

- Inflammation in the body and decreased Mental Health go hand in hand
- Dead food makes us feel foggy, Alive food makes us feel light
- When we are missing vitamins and minerals we are wonky inside
- When we have things wrong that the medical model can't give answers for, maybe there is something emotional or energetic happening inside
- We constrict unconsciously causing body pain
- When we have a body full of trauma and constriction, it needs movement, followed by rest, followed by movement
- Our nervous systems are can be stuck in Parasympathetic Shock for a long time
- Most of us have issues with food
- Most of us have shame around it
